We recruit HR professionals  and Office Support professionals at all levels and in every area of focus, placing them in full-time and consulting/temporary roles. David Aaron Silverstein has an extensive history working with some of New York City’s most powerful staffing firms. His successful experience leading several HR search practices inspired him to create Apogee, which has enjoyed a client base that includes many of the world’s most recognizable, prestigious companies, as well as a variety of promising, up-and-coming businesses. David, once an aspiring psychologist, received his BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s degree in Child Clinical Psychology from New York University.

Donna Milch Saunders is a Vice President in the Corporate Services Division of HR Search Partners, a division of Howard-Sloan. Donna has spent many years connecting companies with the tri- state area’s best available talent. In addition to placing all Administrative Support staffing roles, Ms. Saunders places Human Resources roles at all levels on a direct hire, temporary and temp to hire basis. Donna has a strong background in Business Development and Account Management across all industries with companies of all sizes ranging from the high volume staffing needs of Fortune 500 organizations to small, private companies. Ms. Saunders is focused on providing high quality resources and is committed to building long term partnerships with clients as well as placing top talent. Prior to joining HR Search partners Donna has extensive recruitment, and management experience at some of New York City’s top recruitment firms. Donna graduated from Ithaca College with a BA degree in Sociology.
